五月二十六日，中国书画艺术交流协会北京分会在宋庄成立。中国书画艺术交流协会主席顾冠群、王京华大师，高中成，张国瑞，陶新力等协会副主席，出席了此次揭牌仪式并表示祝贺。到会的有日本、印尼，以及香港、台湾地区和国内十几个省市筹建分会代表，国际欧几里德数学协会吴博士、海内外知名艺术家、学者等共100余人，皆为此次仪式带来了五福四海的问候。

　　中国书画艺术交流协会是我国著名书画家顾冠群发起和创办的中国书画交流的大型团体，已在日本、加拿大、韩国等国，以及香港、台湾地区和国内十几个省市筹建分会。山东分会成立后，其他省分会将会相继举行揭牌仪式，并广泛组织书画家开展重大书画艺术交流活动，并依托各省的独特文化优势，建立中国书画艺术交流培训基地、研究所等，为中华书画艺术创新发展搭建平台，这是一件既有现实意义又有深远影响的文化事业
