外方参会企业
外方主办机构将组织美国、德国、英国、加拿大等四个欧美主流国家的30余家企业参加对接洽谈会。
外方参会企业至少具有下列对华合作意向之一：
1、拥有节能环保、新兴信息产业、生物产业、新能源、高端装备制造业和新材料等领域的新技术项目，并愿意将技术转让给中国地方政府、企事业单位；
2、希望在中国投资,与中国企业开展合资与合作；
3、希望为中国企业海外发展提供专业服务（外国企业并购、国际品牌联营、国际市场拓展、海外上市、海外融资、海外投资项目选择等）。
中方主办机构将组织400-500家与外国企业合作意向对口的中方企业参会。
洽谈方式
采取外方参会企业设立摊位（洽谈桌）、中方参会企业流动的方式。主办机构给每家外方参会企业设立1张洽谈桌，配备4把椅子和1名翻译，中方参会企业自由选择感兴趣的外方企业洽谈。

Foreign participants
The foreign organizers will organize the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada and other the four mainstream European and American countries, more than 30 enterprises to participate in the docking Fair.
The foreign participants companies have at least one of the following intention to cooperate with China:
