作为大会的特邀嘉宾，全球中小企业联盟全球主席、德国前总统克里斯蒂安·武尔夫先生也发表重要讲话。武尔夫先生表示，德国的工业发展得益于跨国公司与中小企业能够深度融合与和谐发展，而全球中小企业联盟在推动跨国企业与中小企业交流服务方面发挥重大作用。他期待随着全球商会合作组织的筹备与启动，进一步推动各国商业组织的融合，为企业提供更多商业机会。
